Biloxi Marsh

Well I hope all the microskiffer's had a good Holiday. Here is a quick report from the marsh. Saturday the 24th I had a chance to fish with a buddy of mine who loves to fly fish and hardly ever gets a chance with being a trauma nurse. Friday we had two boats running. I had Capt. Jason take one boat and I had the other. The guys came in Thurs. to a seafood boil of crabs, crawfish and all of the trimmings. For the past two days I have been fishing with Wild Bill. He has been down on vacation. Usually his wife gets to come, but this year she had to work. SHELL BEACH, BILOXI MARSH REPORT 10/25/09.... Fun morning in the Biloxi Marsh. Had one of my local regulars and we had a ball. After picking up our live shrimp from Campo's we headed for the marsh to get on some trout and reds and it was on from the start. Redfish action continues to be oustanding with reds hitting live shrimp and some artificials. Gold spoons are working well when casted along the shoreline as you troll motor along. Windy Tuesday last week on the Beach. Robert Perilloux brought down a group of nine fishermen for some Shell Beach fishing fun. Capt. Frank took four and the rest hopped in my boat. Biloxi Marsh Report From Escape Fishing Charter Trout and redfishing remains steady as the fish make their annual transition from the outer bays to the inside marshes.
