Boynton Beach is located just a few miles from the bountiful Atlantic Gulf Stream and is serviced by two local marinas. The legendary Gulf Stream is abundant with a wide variety of delicious fish including Sailfish, Marlin (pictured), Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo, Dolphin (known elsewhere as Mahi-Mahi), King Mackeral (high in Omega 3!), Red Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Sheepshead, Pompano and Bluefish. You can charter a boat, or hop aboard a driftboat (a lot cheaper-most depart three times a day) and within thirty minutes you'll be dropping your line into the Stream!
Notable catches off of Boynton Beach include a 60 pound Wahoo, 41 pound Dolphin, 28 pound Blackfin Tuna, and driftboat loads of Sailfish, Snapper and King Mackeral too numerous to count!
No Saltwater Fishing License Required when fishing from a charter or driftboat.
