Port Clinton, OH
United States
United StatesLimits and near limits of walleye coming most days lately. Water temps hovering around 79 degrees over the west end of the lake.
Walleye size ranging from 10 to 27 inches being caught the last 2 weeks. Average walleye right now is 21 inches in Ohio waters.
I fished Canadian waters 2 of the last 3 days with good results there also as we on did well if we worked the heavy structure. some walleye are shallow and some are deep on the ledges.
Yellow perch fishing continues to be good as well. Some smallmouth bass are being caught in normal spots also.
Fishing is good over most of Ohio waters during these "Dog Days of Summer".
