Fish with the guys that love to fish.
Fishing Erie from early April till late Oct onboard 30 ft. boats.
Reasonable fun for family, friends or a business function. Lodging and fish cleaning onsite.
Drifting and trolling for walleye, anchor for tasty yellow perch or try some smallmouth bass. Fish are plentiful, so lets get the ice dirty.
Fishing mostly the western basin with my marina located just 12 miles west of Port Clinton Ohio.

I grew up on the largest walleye spawning river in the midwest and know the habits of them.

Lake Erie (Port Clinton) Fishing Report 08.02.12
Limits and near limits of walleye coming most days lately. Water temps hovering around 79 degrees over the west end of the lake.
Walleye size ranging from 10 to 27 inches being caught the last 2 weeks. Average walleye right now is 21 inches in Ohio waters.
I fished Canadian waters 2 of the last 3 days with good results there also as we on did well if we worked the heavy structure. some walleye are shallow and some are deep on the ledges.
Yellow perch fishing continues to be good...

Lake Erie (Port Clinton) Fishing Report 07.17.12
The last several weeks have been great fishing for walleye. Drifting and trolling producing great coolers of fish. Fi h are all over the western basin and are feeding well most days. Large schools of fish in the deep flats and on the reefs. The best fishing of the year so far is now.

Lake Erie Western Basin Fishing Report 06.11.12
Western basin of Lake Erie trolling is doing well as the mayflies are out in force. Jet divers and spoons or worm harnesses doing good with the right combinations. Drifting is spotty but the right day and the right wind has done good either in the open flats or get a rock pile all o yourself has done well. July drifting will pick up as the bait will change from bugs to minnows. The bite turns good on the reefs in July and August if the wind blows and the open water trolling on the calm days...
Lake Erie reefs Fishing Report 04.17.12
Lake Erie walleye jig bite during the spawn has been outstanding this season.
We are in the middle of the spawn as the water temp is near 50.
Limits of 3-5 pound walleye the last 4 days straight. Some limits lately in 2 hours time.
Depths range from 9 to 19 ft. The best action is early morning on low wind days, and we have had alot of nice days for 3 weeks.

Lake Erie (Toledo) Fishing Report 04.03.12
Limits of walleye almost daily. Nearshore and around all the reefs. Jigging is great rod in hand action. 2 boats available for daily charters for up to 6 people per boat. All gear provided. Walleye are spawning right now and there are millions of walleye withing 8 miles of my marina. Located 25 miles east of Toledo Ohio....
